Group training for new beginners. Learn basic bodyweight movements, get a step-by-step systemic process of American Jiu-Jitsu, and try fundamental, safe techniques.
The foundation of jiu-jitsu. Offered in gi and nogi. Format: short warmup, ~20 mins technical teaching/practice, 10-15 mins structured live training.
For students with 4-10 months training (3-stripe white belt or instructor invite). Focuses on nuanced techniques, standing position, submissions, and leg locks. Live training is less limited.
Self-directed training/sparring for intermediate students (3-stripe white belt or instructor invite).
2-6 week thematic blocks (e.g., front headlock attacks or countering worm guard grips). Situational live training. Requires 1-stripe blue belt or invite.
Led by a female instructor. Integrates self-defense, physical conditioning, and mental discipline. Covers fundamental positions, submissions, escapes, and overcoming size/strength disadvantages.
Entirely live competitive sparring. 5-minute rounds in top/bottom positions (half guard, side control, mount, back control, closed guard) for 50 total minutes. Requires 3-stripe white belt or invite.
